Lanny was a classmate. We had good times growing up, attending Carmi Methodist Church, MYF, and Eldorado Church Camp. My wife knew Ruth from church youth get-togethers. So sad. Our condolences to the family.

I remember Lanny and Ruth when they were chaperones for our MYF youth group at First United Methodist church in Carmi. We went on several summer work trips with them, and they would help Bud Peyton and Anita drive the church bus. They were good people and will be missed greatly.
